​ Although we downsized from building complete custom homes to focus on renovations and 

smaller projects, we still frame, drywall, finish, paint, and most other trades in-house.

We're finish carpenters and painters at heart, and although we sold our cabinet shop,

we're still able to supply and install cabinets for most bathroom and kitchen

renovation customers on short notice.

​​​We've been at this a long time, so our projects usually run very smoothly.

Once we demo, we're devoted to getting your project all back together again

ASAP because no one wants to live or work in a mess...

Thanks to a recent project, we now do a lot of mold remediation and prevention.

Canada is one of the only developed countries whose health care turns a blind eye to mold exposure

CONSULTATION

After 30 years of building, renovating and restoring, we do most trades in-house!  This  enables us to serve our customers more efficiently, from the consultation phase to completion, saving both time and money.

DESIGN

Strength, durability and bling are all important when it comes to the design stage. So we work together with our customers to find cost-effective ways of building what they've seen in magazines or online.

DEVELOPMENT

We love to plan for future needs. For example, we've had many customers thank us for encouraging them to use better sound proofing during builds and renos because life happened, and they were able to create rental income without the unwanted noise and privacy problems. We have many repeat customers because of this approach.
